Learning Village Facilities

The following facilities can be used for music and entertainment, conferences/exhibitions, special occasions, parties, indoor sports, leisure and meetings.  

The Hunter Suite 

The Hunter suite has 20 computers (with internet access), around the outside of the room, complete with a tutor computer, projector, interactive whiteboard and desk. You can also add extra tables around the outside, running parallel with the computers for additional non-computer work stations. 

The Broadoaks Suite 

The Broadoaks Suite is a very versatile room that can be used for workshops, conferences and training style lettings or community meetings. The Broadoaks Suite can also be hired for dance, martial arts and other wellbeing activities. 

For customers requiring stationery resources or bottled water on the tables, there is an additional cost. However, the use of the flip chart, lectern, wireless microphone and sweets for the table are complimentary.

Both rooms have FREE Wifi access.

We also have a galley kitchen that hirers can access, using their own refreshments. Alternatively, hirers can make use of the Alec Hunter catering services. Further details are available when booking.
